In the course of internationalized development of enterprises, the competition between enterprises has been transformed into that between talents. So much so that, the proportion of funds input by enterprises for the cultivation of talents, or the introduction of intelligence has been increasingly higher. While importing German advanced technology for Chinese enterprises, GIK pays more attention to the inlet of foreign expertise for Chinese enterprises. That is, GIK is striving for its members to introduce into China the assistance of foreign experts for fewer funds, thereby, clearing away technological drawbacks and enhancing managerial or marketing level for enterprises.

German senior experts & public services association, jointly established by German Industry & commerce Federation and German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, has enlarged to many associations and organizations, such as BDI, IHK，HWK etc. This association is composed of tens of thousands German experts on vocation, even including the retired, the purpose of which is to render professional assistance for needed Governments and enterprises worldwide, especially for developing countries. We, GIK, has come to cooperative agreement with the association, that is, according to the demand of Chinese Government or enterprises, GIK will introduce retired senior experts or professionals from this association.
